Is this bug still actual?
I think you solved this in your MathModelica product.

It is an enhancement, and it is not solved. I think we can remove it and
activate if it becomes interresting for OpenModelica.

There is a need to have a dirty flag for each class that indicates if the class
defintion has changed since the last build.
If the class definiton has changed and it is used by the current selected model
a rebuild is required.
