Mark all appropriate strings in OMC as translatable

Description
At the moment it's mostly just the error messages which have been marked translatable, but there are still some strings in the compiler which should also be marked. We should go through all the strings in the compiler and mark the appropriate ones as translatable.

Considering that I removed the translation files last week due to a lack of maintenance I guess this isn't particularly important anymore.
