FMI export, add pthreadGC2.dll to the FMU

Description
It seems we depend on pthreadGC2.dll and we do not add it to the FMU.
Just copy it from MinGW/bin inside the win32 directory in the FMU before we zip it. Should be an easy fix in CodegenFMU.tpl
