libs paramerter of SimCode.makefileParams for msvc is not correct

Description
The libs parameter of SimCode.makefileParams is not correct generated if msvc code generation is activated. It generates a lib string "-LD:[libname]" which is not a valid nmake command.

As far as I know we do not use nmake but we generate GNU makefiles which use CL and LIB to compiler.
