component parameters window

Description

I am wondering why the component parameters window in OMEdit shows not the important start values, whereas Dymola does. I attached an image that compares that window of both tools. This is quite important to provide full initialization support at the graphical level.
Moreover, I would like to get the possibility to rename components (as it is possible in Dymola).

Milestone: 1.9.1 → 1.9.2

This ticket was not closed for 1.9.1, which has now been released. It was batch modified for milestone 1.9.2 (but maybe an empty milestone was more appropriate; feel free to change it).
