Re-simulate with changed options

Description
Currently, when you choose re-simulate you do not get an option to change simulation settings (like solvers, tolerances, number of intervals). I suggest adding a button Re-simulate setup
or something like that.
Compiler flags and profiling are among the only flags that actually cannot be changed in a subsequent simulation.

I also miss the possibility of changing simulation time without having to re-compile the whole model.
Indeed, most of my models often require more time to compile than to simulate, so this is quite of a loss of time.

Milestone: | 1.9.1 → 1.9.2 |
---|
This ticket was not closed for 1.9.1, which has now been released. It was batch modified for milestone 1.9.2 (but maybe an empty milestone was more appropriate; feel free to change it).
Good ticket – I also wanted to create it for a while.
I am not sure if there is the need of a new button. As long as the 'Plotting' tab is not left the simulation button should only re-run the executable anyway.
Only if the model or compilation-flags are changed, a re-build is actually needed.
