Description
Consider the model (enclosed in the OM distribution)
SystemDynamics.WorldDynamics.World3.Human_Welfare_Index
Its diagram contains tiny icons.
to see the text label on the output interface icon:
hwi_human_welfare_index
one would zoom several times.
However, doing so, this icon goes outside the viewable area of the diagram window, and it is impossible to bring it back inside using the horizontal scrollbar.
More in general, if this diagram is zoomed enough to see the text labels, the scrollbars allow only part of the diagram to be explored.

This ticket was not closed for 1.9.1, which has now been released. It was batch modified for milestone 1.9.2 (but maybe an empty milestone was more appropriate; feel free to change it).
