and Micheal has tell me that he is quite sure that it worked before, also our history tells that:

Well, in the past we did not do bounds checking. Which means we succeeded for some bad reason (probably).

As often you are right Martin. Fixed the issue with the bound in r19603.
But now the model stuck with event chattering and that is related to #2618.
