OMEdit doesn't plot csv result

Description
OMEdit doesn't plot the csv results of any model.
The error is: "Failed to open simulation result file"
With .mat results there are not problems.
I'm working with Ubuntu 13.10. My Locale is Italian.
If I run
OMPlot --filename=fileName variableName
the system returns many rows with this error
Before the latest upgrades the OMPlot worked without errors

Should work again starting with r19733.

I'm reopening this as I had to revert the fix (it causes the program to spin when trying to read csv-files in some cases).
