Generated SVGs not quite right.

Description
The SVGs that get generated for the icons are not quite right. This only becomes apparent when you try to convert them to PDF.
Here is an example: http://book.xogeny.com/_images/ModelicaByExample.Components.Rotational.VerboseApproach.Inertia.svg
When I feed this into imagemagick, cairosvg or rsvg-convert then what I get looks like the attached inertia.pdf. Not OK at all. Trying the conversion with Inkscape is somewhat better but still the connector placement is not right. See attached inertia2.pdf

Not sure what has changed and when but I've just tested it again and the PDF generated from the SVG looks fine now. So I close this ticket.
