How about this bug?

I do not think so either. Anyway, now we have write-protected on the standard
library, so it can not be done. However, if someone finds another case when this
happens we should activate the bug again.

When the model Modelica.Blocks.Math.Gain is changed and saved, the next time
Modelica is loaded, the Blocks library is not present.
