Description

I tried to validate the example from MSL, MultiBody.Examples.Elementary.UserDefinedGravityField.

The example could not validate. It should work since it is a part of the MSL.

According to https://test.openmodelica.org/libraries/MSL_3.2.1/BuildModelRecursive.html it does work. Are you using a stock version of MSL or a patched version?

Stock MSL (working in OMC):

  replaceable function gravityAcceleration = Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Forces.Internal.standardGravityAcceleration(gravityType = gravityType, g = g * Modelica.Math.Vectors.normalizeWithAssert(n), mue = mue) constrainedby Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Interfaces.partialGravityAcceleration;
