OMEdit: Ellipse annotation dose not match bounding rect

Description

If one draws the bounding rectangle of the Ellipse-Annotation tool, the resulting ellipse will slightly overlap the rect. Please find attached an image comparing Dymola and OMEdit behavior. The overlapping amount seems to be an absolut value.
