warning number not reset in OMEdit

Description
Warning messages are correctly numbered in OMEdit.
However, the number doses not start from 1 at each simulation: numbers continue to add up. This is tricky since one does not know how many warnings he has had in the current run.
I think numbering of warning should be reset at the start of each compilation.
