replaceHomotopy=actual and cseCall do not cooperate
Using cseCall, calls to homotopy are moved out as common sub-expressions. But are then never replaced using replaceHomotopy.
Even worse, for the non-initial section, calls to homotopy remain instead of being simplified to the actual expression regardless of settings.
