Give more stack on Windows for the QT clients that use the omc dll

Description
We should add -Wl,--stack,16777216 as flags on Windows when we build the QT clients that use the omc dll to have more stack.
By default omc.exe is linked using these flags but I don't think we do that for the QT clients

It doesn't make sense to keep closed ticket in the "Future" milestone that were simply forgotten to assign to the correct milestone in the past.
