OPENMODELICAHOME/OPENMODELICALIBRARY windows environment variables not updated in 1.9.4-dev

Description
The current windows nightly build installere still sets OPENMODELICAHOME and OPENMODELICALIBRARY to the old 1.9.3-dev directories. Please update them to OpenModelica1.9.4-dev.
For the future, it would be nice if this is somehow done automatically.

I just tried the latest nightly build. The environment variables are correct.
Francesco, can you run the following command on cmd,
echo %OPENMODELICAHOME%

- Resolution set to invalid

I now get the correct env vars. Maybe it was just a glitch.
