Make OMEdit compilation process same as Compile.bat

Description
OMEdit compilation is missing some stuff that might cause problems. Make is same as Compile.bat
Much better is to use only one bat file and make OMEdit read stuff from it.

The fix is now available via the nightly build.

Sorting these closed tickets away from "Future". Since they were closed after the last 1.9.3 release, it's very likely that they should have been part of the 1.9.4 release.

This is now fixed in a development branch https://github.com/adeas31/OMEdit/commit/956351845276bf62f6bbe99b0984597696acc59a. The fix will be available in 1.9.4 final release.
