Runtime failure on Windows 64 bit System

Description
After execution of simulation the following error appears while compilation:
'Base_array.c: array dimension size for dimension 0 is -1<0!'
Afterwards OMEdit crashes.
This problem appears on Windows 32bit but not on Windows 64bit - System.
How can I fix it?
