New menu options in OMEdit for FMU export

Description

OMEdit should have several FMU export menus something like:

Export FMU  
- 1.0
  + Model Exchange
  + Co-Simulation
  + Model Exchange and Co-Simulation
- 2.0
  + Model Exchange
  + Co-Simulation
  + Model Exchange and Co-Simulation

We can now export both Model Exchange and Co-Simulation in the same FMU with "me_cs" as type.

Fixed in 405ec94/OMEdit.

Milestone: Future → 1.9.4

Sorting these closed tickets away from "Future". Since they were closed after the last 1.9.3 release, it's very likely that they should have been part of the 1.9.4 release.
