In some cases we have something like

   case(e1 as X(), e2 as Y() )
   guard
     ...
   equation
     ...
     then f(e1,e2)
   case(e2 as Y(), e1 as X())
   guard
     ...
   equation
     ...
     then f(e1,e2)

it would nice to have 

   case(e1 as X(), e2 as Y()) /*key-word?*/
   case(e2 as Y(), e1 as X())
   guard
     ...
   equation
     ...
     then f(e1,e2)
