Description
Currently the CLI window input is not enabled by default. Since it is sometimes useful to have it, I wonder why it is not simply enabled by default?
I would propose to change the default, so that it is enabled without needing an extra command line argument when starting OMEdit. Maybe the option to turn it "on" or "off" is not required and it could be just "on".
