Final time not respected when selecting -noEquidistantTimeGrid

Description

I have run some experiments with the IDA solver and -noEquidistantTimeGrid. The last time point of the simulation happens to be well beyond finalTime, which is not very nice.

I would suggest that as soon as a step that goes beyond finalTime is accepted by the error tolerance check, it is then rejected anyway and replaced by one that gets exactly to finalTime
