Description
With "Preserve User's GUI Customizations" selected in the Tools>Options dialog, OMEdit does not remember the resizing of the Libraries browser. Each time the editor is opened the changes to window sizes are reverted.

Update...this was occuring when OMEdit was was opening in full screen mode. After resizing the window less than full screen, the adjustments were made and saved. The defect is that "Preserve User's GUI customizations" does not work when closed in full screen mode, but I have found a successful workaround.
