Minor visual glitch in OMEdit

Description

In some cases it seems that OMEdit does not draw circles correctly.

Consider
PowerSystems.Examples.Spot.AC1ph_Breaker.

Its icon for "meter", appears circular as it should. But its icon for "voltage" appears horizontally shrunk which, IMO, should not be.

Milestone: 1.11.0 → 1.12.0

Milestone moved to 1.12.0 due to 1.11.0 already being released.

I checked it with the lates Nightly Build. You probaly mean this example:
PowerSystems.Examples.AC1ph_DC.Elementary.Breaker
For me this looks fine, what do you think, Adeel?
