Description
After the last "nightly build" update, a new git feature asks to stage the file each time it is saved on disk...
It can be annoying where a model is often saved, therefore could be useful to have the possibility to disable this feature in the preferences dialog.
Moreover, now the model appears always as "modified" if you are in textual mode....

I think you can also disable this feature via Tools->Options->Traceability.

BY default it is disabled but missed to check it from the LibraryTreeWidget.
