Description
I suggest to have a setting available (under Tools->Options->Messages), where the user can decide, that before the simulation of a model is carried out, that ALL messages in the Messages Browser will be cleared.
With this setting it is more obvious, if warnings have vanished. Otherwise one has to exactly look at the timestamps or clear the messages manually and simulate the model again.

Fixed in a50285d/OMEdit.
The option is unchecked by default. I don't want to remove messages without telling the user. If user checks the option then he knows what he is doing.
