OMEdit: basic feature copy&paste not available for graphical elements

Description

There is no copy&paste feature for graphical elements. So for example you already have one symbol in your DiagramView (e.g. a resistor) and you want to place a second one. Currently only two not so convenient solutions exist: Via copy&paste in the TextView or via dragging from the LibrariesBrowser.
The ticket is related to #3776. But I mean also graphical elements like a connector or a line annotation.

Still its a duplicate of #3776. You could add your specific requirement as a comment to #3776.
