OMEdit: preserve User's GUI customization - some elements are missing — at Initial Version

Description
The option "Preserve Users GUI customization" is quite handy. However, I observed that
- width of the Libraries Browser
- width of the Recent Files
- height of the Messages Browser
are not covered by that feature. Especially saving the width of the Libraries Browser would help a lot, as the default width is (on my system) always too small.
