Description
The new and nice feature is unfortunately missing in the MacOS build. This is especially a bummer sind "Mac people" tend to be very spoiled by visual impressions ;-)

OK this was using the latest stable 1.11.0, I will tell the student to try the latest development version instead and will report back.

It's missing in the binary builds because last time I checked OSG did not compile cleanly in macports. Building on Mac is rather dependent on the OSX version used...

If you want visualization? Use a virtual machine to run Linux. Or compile OMEdit from scratch on OSX (possibly using macports and installing openscenegraph, etc as additional packages).

It works for me with 1.12.0~dev-539 on Mac OS 10.12.3 installed with Macports.
What versions are you using?
