Description
When using the duplicate class command in a package structure various package.order files are modfied and all content removed.

Oliver, can you please check if this is still the case with 1.12.0-beta2 when it is released?
If it is solved there, do you still need a 1.11.1 maintenance release or are you happy with 1.12.0?
