infoXMLOperations not found by declarative debugging

When I open the declarative debugger, the Variable Operations and Equation Operations windows both show this message

The operations were not generated. 
Check Generate Operations in <b>Tools->Options->Debugger->Transformational Debugger
OR you must set the -d=infoXmlOperations flag via 
Tools->Options->Simulation->OMC Flags</b> and simulate again.

If I turn on the flag, nothing changes.

I'm not sure if the problem is with the generation of the XML file (which I understand is now a json file, btw) or with OMEdit not finding where it is, but in any case this should be fixed ASAP.
