FillPattern.HorizontalCylinder SVG export is not working properly

Description

I exported the icon of Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Components.Inertia to the SVG file Inertia.svg. In the exported SVG file the horizontal cylinder fill pattern is not represented properly. I displayed the SVG file in Firefox (and Inkscape) and noticed, that the cylinder fill pattern is not symmetrical, see Inertia.svg_screenshot.png.

The same issue applies if the horizontal cylinder fill pattern is replaced by a vertical cylinder fill pattern.

I was trying to use the exported SVG file in a publication, which unfortunately, I cannot proceed with right now.
