Artifacts in plotting discrete simulation using synchronous Clock feature

Reported by: rahul.dutta.bits@… Owned by: adeas31
Priority: blocker Milestone: 1.19.0
Component: OMEdit Version: v1.12.0
Keywords: Cc: lochel

Description

Hi,

I am testing the new Modelica_Synchronous features by building a simple discrete PI controller. The Clock() command seems to work fine but while plotting the outputs, there seems to be some unusual artefacts. There appears extra plot lines shown in the attached pictures.

Attaching simulation .mo files for testing.

Thanks,
Rahul

I can confirm that this is still an issue with

OMEdit 1.14.0~dev-45-g9f3d0f7
Connected to OpenModelica 1.14.0~dev-285-g270177b

  • Milestone changed from Future to 2.0.0
  • Priority changed from high to blocker

Definitely worth fixing for the 2.0.0. Wouldn't hurt if we can do it earlier.
