[FMI] For the module structure alias for output states are introduced invert them.

Description
To distinguish between the states and outputs in the model structure we introduce output alias variables for the variables that are states and outputs at the same time. This should be inverted, so that we introduce alias variables for the states, so that the output-names will not changed.
