Issue with package constant in ThermoSysPro with the NF

Description

Please check ​ThermoSysPro.Examples.SimpleExamples.TestCentrifugalPump7. The following error is reported:

Error: Constant centrifugalPump.M is used without having been given a value.

At least 14 models fail because of this issue.

This issue seems to be fixed. The model now fails because of unimplemented cardinality()
