Openmodelica corrupts files during save operation

Description
When saving, sometimes the GUI freezes and crashes. OmEdit has to be killed. Afterwards, some files have been corrupted. E.g. some model files appear twice, once as a standalone .mo file AND inside the Package file. Or sometimes the .mo file is gone.
Operation system Win7, 64bit; Openmodelica 1.13.1 64 bit

You may attach the omeditcommunication.log file to this ticket immediately after you experience this issue, so we have a chance to see which operation crashes or freezes OMC. Tools|Open Working Directory shows the folder where such file is located.

Can you provide some test use case?
I personally didn't encounter any such problem and its not even being reported by anyone else.
