OMEdit collapses the whole output tree upon re-simulating

Description
When we click on re-simulate, simulation is repeated with parameter updated, and the whole output tree is collapsed.
This is not good since one typically does several re-simulations in a row, changing the same parameter, to see the effect. With the current behaviour he has to reopen continuously the whole tree to gain access to the parameter to be changed.
