OMEdit toolbars

Description
I don't need TLM Simulation and OMSimulator toolbars.
As a consequence, I disabled them via context menu.
However, whenever a run a simulation and switch back to modeling perspective, those toolbars are back.
I cannot see a significant rationale behind this, and therefore I suspect this is unwanted behaviour.
