OMEdit lost FMI export and Cpp support

Description
My OMEdit, compiled from the current trunc version under Linux, has no FMI menu. Moreover, any model simulates with C runtime, despite of the setting
Tools->Options->Simulation: Target Language: Cpp

FMI export works with the Cpp runtime now.
Simulation does still not work with the Cpp runtime though!

Which version are you using? Linux builds are broken so maybe you are still using an old version.

Yes the FMI menu has been removed, you can find the import and export options under the File menu.
The Cpp runtime issue is fixed in 6c4f794/OpenModelica.
