Description
Currently setComponentModifierValue only allows to set the modifier value. Extend it to make it possible to include each and final prefixes. There is also an example available in #5395.

I think we should target this for 2.0.0 since 1.14.0 is planned for next week.
This week is almost over and next week I am on vacations until Wednesday.

I agree that 1.14.0 is not feasible. I would suggest to work on this thing and a couple more ones for a mainteance release 1.14.1. Otherwise, we'll need to wait at least 8 months until we get this feature out.
If you agree I can cherry pick some of these features and mark them for 1.14.1.
