ripper.openmodelica.org has been offline for a few days, skipping a lot of testing activity.
@adrpo reports that there is remotely operated switch, but the machine doesn't start with that, so we need to manually restart it.
Please make sure the server can be restarted remotely.

Releasing 1.14.0 which is stable and has many improvements w.r.t. 1.13.2. This issue is rescheduled to 1.16.0
