The NF does not report the flattening process to the debugger

When debugging equations from models compiled with the old FE, the original model equation is shown as in the source code, and then the Transformation windows shows the result of the flattening operation, whereby the original equation gets all the appropriate prefixes.
This feature is currently missing from the NF, and should be implemented. Of course this has lower priority than getting the NF to 100% coverage of existing libraries, but it should eventually be taken care of.

The NF is now used by default by OMEdit, and all the debugging info is indeed available
