New package for Linux Mint Tricia

Description
Hi,
could you please compile and make available the latest OpenModelica Release for the latest Linux Mint distro titled 19.3 Tricia ?
I can find packages compiled for old Linux mint distros in the apt directory, like Tara and Tessa, but nothing for Tricia https://build.openmodelica.org/apt/dists/
Well, we can still install the version compiled for the Ubuntu 18.04 bionic distro under a 19.3 Tricia Linux environment and make it work. However this installation is not very clean because it is not recognized by the Software Manager of Linux Mint.

I rebooted my computer and now the installation is well taken into account by the Software Manager of Linux Mint.
So everything is fine now.

Tara and Tessa are simply symbolic links to Bionic. I did the same for Tricia. Not sure about "However this installation is not very clean because it is not recognized by the Software Manager of Linux Mint" though. Why wouldn't it work to have used the bionic repository?
