Strange complaint about missing each in an Electrical.Multiphase system

Description
Consider the enclosed model "MissingRad". When checking it OM complains that:

[Modelica.Electrical.MultiPhase: 3559:7-3561:31]: Non-array modification ‘"rad"‘ for array component ‘displayUnit‘, possibly due to missing ‘each‘.
that seems a false error. Consider that Dymola runs this even in pedantic mode.
