OM does not show diagrams correctly when library is late loaded, while it used to work

Description
Consider the enclosed EVbasic and wbEHPTLib model and library.
Using the latest OM try the following:
1a) load the library
2a) load and open the model
=>The model is displayed correctly (image1.png)
1b) load and open the model
2b) load the library
=> the model is not displayed correctly (image2.png)
The example I supplied shows a minor graphical degradation; in other cases, I've seen much more distortion than this.
Note that both sequences work well if OM 1.14.1 is used.

This works as expected for me after the fix of #6157.
