Wrong path for documentation of simulation flags

Description
In OMEdit, simulation setup -> simulation flags -> When clicking the button next to the field for "Additional Simulation Flags" to open the documentation, it cant find the path
"Unable to open file file/C:/Program Files/OpenModelica1.16.0-64bit/share/doc/omc/OpenModelicaUserGuide/simulationflags.html"
After a check in the folder it looks like
"C:\Program Files\OpenModelica1.16.0-64bit\share\doc\omc\simulationflags.html" would be correct

Should be fixed in version 1.16.1.
