Hitting ESC in OMEdit creates an invalid state

Steps to reproduce:
1) load Test in OMEdit
2) try to connect (starting either from vMeter or vTable) the two blocks
3) when asked to specify the indexes click ESC
4) try to move one of the blocks: the connecting line is still displayed but does not actually connect the two blocks
