Description
As shown in https://github.com/modelica/ModelicaStandardLibrary/pull/3730#pullrequestreview-574864724 the ellipse closure is either not or wrongly implemented. Reason: the boundary lines of the segment of an ellipse is shown even though it is disabled in the attribute.
