Updating KLU — at Version 1

The klu we use is from SuiteSparse version 3.0 (2007). We recently updated SUNDIALS and should now do the same with klu. The latest version is ​v5.8.1 from July 2020.

It could be that the old version (that was not tested with this Sundials version) causes problems regarding, see e.g. #6351.
